Ordering FedEx Shipping Labels Guide

Here’s a step-by-step guide for how to get FedEx Shipping Labels using the specified information:

Step 1: Visit the FedEx Website

  1. Open your web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.).
  2. Type www.fedex.com into the address bar and press Enter.

Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

  1. Log in to your FedEx account by clicking “Log In” in the top right corner. Enter your username and password.
    • Don’t have an account? Click on “Sign Up” to create one (it’s free) and then log in.
  2. If you’re logged in, you’ll be directed to your FedEx Dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to the “Make Packing Easy” Page

  1. From the FedEx homepage, located on top of page. click on “Shipping”.
  2. Under the “Shipping” section, click on “Packing & Shipping Supplies”.
  3. Click on “Check Out Packing Supplies”. This is where you can order airbills and other shipping materials.

Step 4: Select “Preprinted Airbills”

  1. On the Shipping supplies: Boxes, peanuts, mailers & more page, you’ll see a variety of shipping materials that you can order, such as boxes, packaging, and airbills.
  2. Scroll down and click on “FedEx Envelopes”.
  3. Scroll down and look for the section labeled “Preprinted Airbills”.
  4. Click on the option for “Preprinted Airbills”.

Step 5: Choose Quantity and Type

  1. Select the quantity of preprinted airbills you want to order. FedEx typically offers preprinted airbills in quantities such as 25, 50, or 100.
  2. Choose the type of airbill you need. There are usually options for:
    • FedEx US Package Airbill.
    • FedEx International Air Waybill.
  3. Make sure to select the correct type based on the shipping method you plan to use.

Step 6: Add to Cart and Review

  1. After selecting the airbills you need, click on “Add to Cart”.
  2. Once they’re in your cart, review your order to make sure the quantities and types of airbills are correct.

Step 7: Checkout

  1. When you’re ready to order, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
  2. You’ll be prompted to confirm your shipping address and select a payment method.
    • If you have a FedEx account, you can charge the order to that account.
    • If not, you can pay using a credit card.
  3. Once all the details are correct, click “Place Order”.

Step 8: Wait for Delivery

  • FedEx will ship the preprinted airbills to the address you provided, typically within a few business days.

Step 9: Start Shipping!

  • Once your preprinted airbills arrive, you can use them for all your FedEx shipments.
    • Simply fill in the recipient’s address and package details, and you’re ready to go!
